E-Ticketing for Plant Mix
The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) in partnership with Haulhub, has adopted e-Ticketing for plant mix for all construction projects moving forward. This will help us to modernize our construction processes and improve efficiency, replacing paper tickets with a secure, digital system that provides real-time access to material delivery data, enhances job-site safety by reducing physical ticket handling, and streamline workflows for contractors and inspectors. By integrating with MDT’s existing project management systems, AASHTOWare Project, e-Ticketing supports transparency, sustainability, and compliance with federal e-Construction goals, and moves Montana forward in digital project delivery.

Electronic Contractor Submissions
MDT is piloting a program in partnership with InfoTech: DocExpress, an electronic contractor submissions application. Electronic Contractor Submissions is a key priority for our construction program and represents an important step toward streamlining processes. As the pilot progresses, we will keep you informed about updates and advancements in this area.
