The project at the intersections of Underpass Avenue/State Avenue and 6th Street West/Central Avenue will reconstruct the intersections to enhance traffic operations and safety in the south-central Billings area. The project will incorporate new traffic signals, storm drain, lighting, improved pedestrian facilities, and upgraded signage to improve these intersections, promote accessibility, and enhance safety features.
