Prevailing Wage Compliance
Applies to Federal-aid construction contracts and subcontracts with a prime contract value greater than $2,000. These provisions require the contractor to comply with the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts pertaining to the payment of wages for laborers and mechanics (as defined by the Davis-Bacon Act).

Labor Compliance accepts complaints involving nonpayment of prevailing wages for work performed under a transportation-related construction contract that is funded in whole or in part with federal funds.
