GLASGOW — The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) would
like to notify the public and seek comments on a proposal to install
new standard delineation on about 4 miles of U.S. Highway 2 east of
Glasgow in Valley County.

The project begins near Whately Road at
reference post 548 and extends east for 4 miles, ending at reference
post 552.

Proposed work includes installing new standard
delineation. The purpose of the project is to address roadway
departure crashes.

The project is tentatively scheduled for
construction in 2019, depending on completion of all project
development activities and availability of funding. No new
right-of-way or utility relocations will be needed.
