The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and Schellinger Construction recently completed the final portion of paving. Crews anticipate that temporary striping will be completed the week of November 13, weather and other factors permitting.

Work is expected to pause for the winter after temporary striping is complete. Crews will return in 2024 for seal and cover (chip seal) operations and to apply final striping.

The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and Schellinger Construction expect to begin paving the westbound portion of Interstate 90 (I 90) in mid-October.

The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and Schellinger Construction have fully removed the Interstate 90 (I 90) eastbound abandoned railroad track bridge. Crews are now working to lower the elevation of the roadway.

The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and Schellinger Construction began work last week to remove the abandoned railroad track bridge. The removal is expected to take about four weeks to complete.
