EASTBOUND LOADS over 12 feet wide must stage at milepost 4.6. At 5 a.m. they will be piloted to milepost 13. These loads will be staged again at milepost 52. At 6:15 a.m. they will be piloted to milepost 63. Eastbound loads missing the designated piloting times will be required to wait until the next opening. Beginning May 30, 2012, eastbound oversized loads must continue on and cross the bridge at milepost 81prior to 7:00 a.m. Loads not meeting this deadline will be required to wait for the next opening. WESTBOUND LOADS over 12 feet wide must stage at milpost 63. At 5 a.m.they will be piloted to milepost 52. These loads will be staged again at the Haugan Weigh Scale at milepost 15. At 6:15 a.m. they will be piloted to milepost 5.7. Westbound loads missing the designated piloting times will be required to wait for the next opening. The general traveling public can expect delays during the piloting hours. |
