The Capitol Interchange-Helena project consists of revising five of the six existing ramps and improving traffic safety, capacity and operation at the interchange. Work includes grading, gravel surfacing, plant mix bituminous surfacing, portland cement concrete pavement, seal and cover, signal improvements, existing ramp obliteration, signing and other required work. |
