Senior Drivers

The percentage of crashes involving elderly drivers has increased during the past 19 years. People are living longer and older drivers now make up a larger percentage of licensed drivers in Montana. Over the next 15 years, there will be a steady growth in the number of drivers over 60 years of age.
OUR GOALS
  • Reduce the percentage of older driver crashes to 13% by 2013.
  • Reduce older driver crashes to less than 13% of all crashes by 2013.
