Billings - Guardrail Project Proposed For Secondary Hwy 416

Montana Department of
Transportation Proposes Guardrail Safety Improvement Project for
Secondary Highway 416 South of Billings

BILLINGS  The Montana
Department of Transportation (MDT) would like to notify the public
and seek comments on a proposal to install new guardrail on Secondary
Highway 416 south of Billings in Yellowstone County. 

The project
begins at the Crow Reservation line at reference post 10.5 and
extends east for 2.8 miles, ending at reference post 13.3.

Proposed
work includes guardrail widening and installing new guardrail. The
purpose of the project is to improve the safety of the roadway for
the traveling public. No new right-of-way or utility relocations will
be needed.
