Great Falls - Safety Project At Curve On MT 200 Near Ft Shaw

Montana Department
of Transportation Proposes Safety Enhancement Project at Curve on
Montana Highway 200 

GREAT FALLS  The Montana Department of
Transportation (MDT) would like to notify the public and seek
comments on a proposal to enhance safety features on Montana Highway
200 at the curve one mile southwest of Fort Shaw at about reference
point 132.5.

Proposed work includes adding panel delineation and
shoulder rumble stripes through the curve. The purpose of the project
is to address road departure crashes.

Construction is tentatively
planned for 2019 depending on completion of design and availability
of funds.
