Employment : Interview Preparation : What is the interview like?
At MDT, we use an interviewing technique called, behavioral interviewing. Behavioral interviewing is based on the principle that past behavior predicts future behavior. If you demonstrated a skill or behavior in the past, you are likely to do it here as well.
In the interview, we’ll be looking for actual examples of how you handled situations, how you approach your work, and what results you’ve achieved.
MDT conducts panel interviews. This practice is not done to intimidate you. It is our way of ensuring fairness in the selection process.
