Reviewing our Carrier Letter and Tutorial will be of great benefit to you before you begin issuing permits. You'll just need a Visa or MasterCard to pay permits and GVW fees. If you are unable to view our tutorial, please call us at 406-444-0816 and state that you would like the MT Permitting Tutorial CD sent to you. Please be prepared to provide your USDOT number. Your application will provide us with your mailing address.

To avoid unnecessary delays, you will want to be sure that your information on the FMCSA Motor Carrier Identification Report (Form MCS150) is current. We reference this information when we set up your account. Discrepancies between the information on your application and what shows up in the federal system will slow down the approval process.
