MDT Proposes a Culvert Replacement Project on Secondary Highway 335
South of Glendive

GLENDIVE, MONTANA (January 15, 2020)  The Montana
Department of Transportation (MDT) would like to announce and invite
the public to comment on a proposal to replace an existing steel
culvert located approximately 8 miles south of Glendive. The existing
culvert is located at reference post 8.3 approximately 0.2 miles
north of the end of paved road.

Proposed work includes replacing the
existing steel culvert with a reinforced concrete box culvert and
reconstruction of the roadway embankment. 

A target construction
date will be determined upon completion of all project development
activities and availability of funding. No new Right-of-Way or
utility relocations will be needed.

An important part of properly
planning for future projects is partnering with the community. The
Montana Department of Transportation welcomes the public to provide
ideas and comments on the proposed project. Comments may be submitted
