...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY...

At 1049 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 23 miles southeast of Terry to 16 miles east of
Ashland. Movement was east at 40 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Baker, Broadus, Ekalaka, Ridgeway, Volborg, Plevna, Ismay, Ollie,
Westmore, Boyes, Willard, Mill Iron, Olive, Webster, Sonnette,
Medicine Rocks State Park, Belltower, Capitol, Albion and
Powderville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN BLAINE
COUNTY...

At 630 PM MDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 22 miles north of Turner to 9 miles east
of Chinook. Movement was east at 50 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph, pea size hail, and brief heavy rain are 
possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Harlem, Fort Belknap, Turner, Zurich and Hogeland. 

This includes highway 2 between mile markers 413 and 445.
