Overview
In nearly every area of Montana, rural lands are being developed and existing urban centers are undergoing change. Each of these situations presents an opportunity to influence the way in which a "community" is designed. This section of the toolkit highlights a few of the planning and policy tools that can be used to better integrate land use and transportation planning to create safer and healthier communities.
