The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) hosted an Informational Meeting on January 11, 2011 at the Laurel High School Auditorium to discuss and update the public on the detailed design of the Rockvale to Laurel Reconstruction Project. The meeting was attended by 109 members of the public as well as local, state, federal officials and the design team. The meeting included a presentation of the project as well as an open house format allowing attendees to view project displays and discuss the project with the design team. Comments were solicited from the public which will be considered during the development of the project.
An additional public meeting is planned for Spring of 2013.
