Employment : Human Resources at MDT MDT’s Human Resources Division supports MDT’s most valuable resource—our people! Comprised of two bureaus, Workforce Planning and Civil Rights, as well as the Office of Occupational Safety & Health, and Operations, HR is responsible for ensuring an enriching, safe, and equitable workplace. As part of the Workforce Planning Bureau, you would be instrumental in HR’s efforts to provide MDT with the highest quality employees through innovative recruitment programs, specialized training, and comprehensive career development/planning. The Civil Rights Bureau works with the various departments within MDT to ensure federal compliance with EEO and ADA regulations. In addition, we provide assistance with contractor compliance and to disadvantaged businesses. Our Office of Occupational Safety provides services to ensure our employees safety while on the job. |
