2005 Edition of the Detailed Drawings Supplemental Release
(Effective January 2008)

The February 2005 edition of the Detailed Drawings is being updated via a supplemental release of the modified or new drawings. The effective date for this supplemental release will be January 2008. There are 45 drawings affected out of the now nearly 230 Detailed Drawings.

Since we changed the format of the Detailed Drawings to the single sided on 8½”x11” sheets, with the 11”x17” sheets being folded, the release of this supplemental is being done by just printing the affected drawings. Each user will need to insert the revised or new drawings into their own binders in the respective locations. The table that lists the appropriate effective dates for all the Detailed Drawings that is currently placed in each contract will be updated in contracts beginning in January 2008.

Something new with this release is the use of the Supplemental Text Revision Table. Drawings that require minor text revisions (such as spelling revisions) are listed in the Supplemental Text Revision Table. These drawings are not being printed and distributed due to the minor revisions required. If you wish to print these drawings, please visit the MDT Website and make your own hardcopies.

To assist you in identifying the changes to the drawings, please refer to the summary of changes made. This is only a summary, so it will not detail every little change for you.
