SOUTHEASTERN POWDER RIVER COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM MDT...



At 930 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12

miles northwest of Biddle, or 14 miles south of Broadus, moving east

at 40 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Boyes, Belle Creek, Hammond, and Ridge.

Garfield, McCone, Prairie, northwestern Richland and Dawson Counties

through 615 PM MDT

At 510 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from 10 miles south of Poplar to 10 miles south of

Hillside. Movement was east at 45 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Glendive, Circle, Terry, Fallon, Richey, Bloomfield, West Glendive,

Brockway, Hillside, Flowing Wells Rest Area, Vida, Lindsay, Hoyt,

Zero, Enid, Mccloud, Mildred, Weldon, Calypso, and Crow Rock.

Lake, or 30 miles northeast of Missoula, moving east at 35 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Strong wind could be hazardous for small 

         boats on Seeley Lake.



Locations impacted include...

Seeley Lake and Woodworth.



This includes Highway 83 between mile markers 5 and 21.
